Feb. 7-18, 2008. Cracker Country, A Rural Florida Museum in association with the Florida State Fair. Book sales and cooking demonstrations for 12 days during the fair.

April 12-13, 2008.  French and Indian event at Ft. Toulouse, Wetumpka, AL. 

May 2008, two day school program. Nature Days, Horse Creek Wildlife Sanctuary. Program on pioneer skills for 4th grade students of Hardin Co., TN.

September 19-21.  Victoria has been asked to prepare meals for the officers and ladies at the 1812 Grand Tactical at Jefferson Patterson Park, St. Leonard, MD.  Victoria’s books will be available for sale from Susan Spencer, of Mrs. MacLean’s in her sutlery tent.

October 17-19, 2008.  Sparks of Secession, Westville 1850, Lumpkin, GA.  http://www.geocities.com/scar_civilwar/WestvilleIndex  Victoria is co-coordinator for this ACW event.  Those attending must have a specific skill and impression to offer, and participation is "by invitation only".  Anyone who feels they have an impression specific enough to be worthwhile, possess the necessary period-correct kit to perform the impression, and would like to be considered for an invitation may submit photos and written description to Sparks of Secession, P. O. Box 2634, Florence, AL  35633.  No positions are secured until $35. registration fee has been accepted. 

November 5-9.  Victoria will be presenting cooking demonstrations and meeting with students and visitors in the commandant’s Quarters at Ft. Toulouse, Wetumpka, AL, Frontier Days program.  Her books will be available for sale at the park visitor’s center.
